Suggestion for Mr. Trump if Judge K is voted down:
Have him resign from the DC Court of Appeals and join you on a stadium tour of all Red States with Dems in tough races. Have Judge K take the microphone and give the same impassioned defense he gave at the hearings.
Then, when the Constitution finally forces the Imperial Senate to go out of session, fire Jeffy the Elf and recess appoint Judge K as AG.
It will be the Left’s worst nightmare. He’ll be a man on a mission. After the Dems get their clock cleaned in the midterms he can be renominated to SCOTUS at a later date.
I’ve got a better idea; appoint him as Attorney General to replace Sleepy Sessions, and tell him to get to work on all “pending cases”, with a focus on hillary, the deep state, and the silent coup participants.
That would be the ultimate payback against the dims.
Ahhh, no. Never a good idea to willingly have a conservative judge resign. Why would we want to reduce the number of conservative judges?
The best defense is the defense provided by others.
Kavanaugh had to defend himself at the hearing. After that, he keeps quiet and let Trump do what he does best!
He will be confirmed with 100% GOP support, and likely 2-3 Dems.
