If you just have a flip phone, you may not have gotten it. Thanks, maybe that explains it. But I get text messages from my carrier telling that my bill's been paid, so I assumed I'd get the alert, too. Guess not.

In the message on radio and TV, it did mention the phone alert test. Part of the message read/said “Many phones will get it. Others will not”. I guess yours was one of those.
