You and I had the same idea.
When they tested it a few years ago, I started a thread about the National EAS Test, and the mods turned it into a Live Thread. I logged onto FR to start one for this test, but you beat me to it.
As many may recall, the last National Test didn’t go over so well. Whole regions of the country didn’t even get the alert. As I recall, the entire state of Oregon missed it when the state EAS hub didn’t even send it out.
We’ll see how they do this time.
(BTW....the sheer number of libs who’s heads will explode when they realize they’ve just received a text message from PDJT will be delicious. They may even bust their phones in rage.)
