Yes, it’s an absurdity of reality in which we live in.
i ask because you are right, I had not realized that the initial story of that woman being heather was incorrect.
But finding the more recent stories, every reference I am allowed to look at, and the official death report, says she died of a heart attack caused by a blunt force trauma to her chest, which is indicative of being hit by the car.
And one particular web site “Red Ice”, the guy who initially was trying to prove the claim that she was not hit, said after watching all the video multiple times, he was convinced she had been hit by the car, but didn’t see how that would kill her when others who were thrown by the car were not killed.
Thus suggesting that her medical condition could have contributed.
Of course, if you have a medical condition making you prone to a heart attack, and someone commits a criminal act that causes you to have a heart attack, you will be guilty of murder, even if what you did would not necessarily have killed a perfectly healthy person.
And in fact, if they can show that the driver had no reason to run into the car, driving a car into people would reasonably be expected to possibly kill people, so he’d have trouble arguing that he didn’t THINK that what he did could actually kill anybody.
It will be an interesting trial, if it gets to that, mostly because the injured and dead were in the street, and not in a crosswalk, and therefore lose some presumption of protection from being hit by a car. And if he can provide evidence that he was threatened, and was trying to get away, he might pull off a win, since a fleeing car getting away from danger IN A STREET would not expect to have to stop just because people were illegally in the street.
But I imagine that is going to be a hard sell, given the number of cameras they have (some of which we have not seen, but were presented in a hearing).

The official cause of death indeed was “blunt trauma to the chest.” It came from the attempted cpr, not from being hit by the car—she wasn’t.
To date, there is no proof she had a heart attack at all.
Any physician or emt can tell you performing agressive cpr-type chest compressions on someone with a beating heart can kill them. That’s probably what happened. And boy, is it being kept quiet. Doesn’t fit the sjw narrative.
They will delay and delay, then quietly offer a plea. Because if the medical examiner takes the stand, and the defense asks, “Did the driver cause her death?”, it’s all over. The answer must be, “Medically, no.”
And the next question series will be,
Any proof of heart attack? No.
So the driver didn’t give her a heart attack? Correct.
Could cpr kill a person with a beating heart? Yes.
Is it possible that’s what killed her? Yes.
Is it likely? Yes.
Convicting a scared driver to nearby idiots performing aggressive cpr on a beating heart of someone NOT hit by the car is NOT going to happen. And the DA knows it.

Charlottesville was the watershed event, these crimes occurred there. There could be more criminal charges filed and/or more individuals could be added to the civil cases as more people are identified from photos and videos. And it would be possible there could be charges filed on a lefty.
This R.A.M group appears to be the latest incarnation of southern California skinheads. These always turn out to be tiny groups that can barely fill the small dance halls that their favorite death metal bands play in.
It wouldn’t surprise me if it turned out that the SPLC or some Soros group funds them in order to have a boogieman.
