Of course not. The next law will simply say “no white males may be on a company’s board”.
Watch just about every company tank when California creates and enforces this law. I don't think that an exective board of burly, flannel-clad lesbians or East LA cholos is going to go very far (I suppose the ones staffed by east and south Asian men might stay afloat, but if college admissions are any indication they aren't "minority" enough to qualify as non-white either).
