If this abuse occurred thirty six years ago with sketchy evidence then I say Kirchgessner would be in trouble. Since the abuse happened recently and the victim has provided plenty of physical evidence including tape recordings, pictures and a police report it means Kirchgessner will walk. It’s how the RATS roll in 2018. Just ask Keith Ellison!
