Well - the possibility that the Left could end up permanently in control of the Courts? If the Democrats do not win control of the Senate, this is academic - they cannot gain control of the Courts - nor the Supreme Court. So, temporary outrage, or permanent loss of the country? I don't think those two things are comparable. Sort of like committing suicide because you have one bad week.
