Why don’t they ever tell us what those two questions were?
Question#1 are you a woman ?
Question#2 are you alive?
Is any part of your statement false? And, Did you make up any part of your statement?
They've been posted a few times. I don't have them at my fingertips, but they were extremely nonspecific - so that even if you weren't a practiced liar - anyone should have been able to pass. This isn't verbatim, but the two questions were essentially:
Is your statement accurate?
Is any part of your statement false?
No mention of the name 'Kavanaugh'. A simple, and to the point question, would have been: 'Were you ever sexually assaulted by Mr. Kavanaugh?'
Since the two questions just referenced non-specific 'statements', the test taker could have just been thinking about any statements (not having to do with Kavanaugh). At least that was my take on it.
She was asked by the polygraph examiner to write out her statement in full, when she was done writing out the statement she was asked if her statement was true, AND what her name was!!! Just a joke in the highest order!!!!
