Interesting question, but considering the lowlifes which Avenatti draws as clients, I'm betting he charges them both for the legal fees AND the sex acts.
Who remembers that lawyer show back in the 1980s which aired about the same time as Hill Street Blues? One episode involved a sex therapist which involved exactly that sort of thing. I can't remember the name of the show, but the scene was unforgetable even if it involved a shot above the waist where his bare back was blocking her front torso. We had certain standards back in the day.

His fees on 54 of his cases are under a restraining order since July after he didn’t make some huge payments as part of his bankruptcy terms. One of those cases was Stormy’s against Trump. Maybe she’ll give him the number of copies of her book that just came out to equal his fees .... or maybe he will have to take it out in ‘trade’. His personal financial situation is pretty bad right now .... probably why he’s tried to make some ‘hay’ out of the Kavanaugh situation using Swetnick.
