I don't expect that P.J. and Leland would remember this evening. It was a very unremarkable party. It was not one of their more notorious parties, because nothing remarkable happened to them that evening. They were downstairs.

And of course, CBF didn't breathe a word of what happened to her dear BFF the next time she saw her at school. Yeah, right ...

Worse than that, according to Ford, she apparently abandoned her best friend at the party, leaving her alone with boys who outnumbered her and were drunk sexual predators. Some friend she is.

If an event happened as she described any normal girl of 15 would say something about it to her best friend. Wouldn’t the friend ask where she went, why she walked out, why she left suddenly? Even if she was embarrassed about it and didn’t want to say what happened wouldn’t she at least say I don’t want to talk about it but those boys are jerks I hope I never see them again. But no, she actually says hello to one of them when she sees him at the store.
