President Trump participated in dubious tax schemes during the 1990s, including instances of outright fraud, that greatly increased the fortune he received from his parents, an investigation by The New York Times has found.
Snippets: "The president’s parents, Fred and Mary Trump, transferred well over $1 billion in wealth to their children." and "President Trump had virtually no involvement whatsoever with these matters".
Robert Trump, the president's brother: "Our dear father, Fred C. Trump, passed away in June 1999. Our beloved mother, Mary Anne Trump, passed away in August 2000. All appropriate gift and estate tax returns were filed, and the required taxes were paid. Our father’s estate was closed in 2001 by both the Internal Revenue Service and the New York State tax authorities, and our mother’s estate was closed in 2004. Our family has no other comment on these matters that happened some 20 years ago, and would appreciate your respecting the privacy of our deceased parents, may God rest their souls."

A claim of fraud requires a showing of intent. The only intent I’ve ever seen in three year olds is to grab another cookie or to change channels to watch “fun” things. If Trump was doing complex tax avoidance schemes at the age of three, then he really was a genius fully prepared to do a great job as President.

Perhaps he should run that by the Murdoch family. I’m sure they use the same “dodges” to avoid taxes. If they’re legal and you don’t use them it is your loss.
I’m an Estate Planning attorney, and was a CPA doing taxes for about 15 years. In my experience, most people simply do not understand how the Estate/Gift Tax system works, nor the PERFECTLY LEGAL means that many wealthy people use to reduce or eliminate future taxes for their heirs.
I’m not going to read the NY Slimes article - given their record, plus the fact that estates the size of Fred and Mary Trump’s are almost certain to have been closely examined by the IRS, I presume that everything was done legally, given the laws on the books at the time. One thing that I know is that the Trump family has long used the highest quality tax and legal advisors, and that they’d be the biggest fools in the world to cheat (when they can and do make so much money in a perfectly legitimate manner).
Here’s the summary: If it has “New York Times” in the by-line, and it involves Donald Trump or his family, then the information which follows is a fictional as Snow White.

I have always thought it likely that the Rosenstein 25th amendment / wear a wire material from McCabe came from Mueller. They have nothing and want to provoke Trump so they have something more to “investigate”.
I thought if that was true, we would see more stuff leaked from Mueller. And here we are !
