I assume you'e not defending her or attacking me, so the hurdles I went though:

scanned google and saw only a youtube video attesting to the same..

the active links in my Chrome browser wouldn't open so I had to go to mozilla and allow flash to see the .png

I looked up the code for the first offense and it is misdemeanor speeding

I can only presume then that the scrubbing removed 2 records that were both more serious than traffic stops. But, that determining what they entailed is thwarted by her handlers.
