Total BS. The Deplorables are way smarter than that. Regardless of how Kavanaugh ends the Deplorables will vote R down the line. We’ll worry about punishing Collins and Murkowski, if they vote no, the next time they’re up for a primary. Deplorables collectively are very intelligent and are not swayed by emotionalism like the author of this ridiculous article. We understand that it’s not the R party screwing us now, rather it’s a few D’s disguised as R’s that are doing this. We’re not going to waste the next two years of the Trump Presidency by giving the D’s control of Congress. Anyone who advocates not voting R, no matter the outcome of Kavanaugh is either a moron or a D plant
It IS a “lesser of two evils” situation. The problem is the evils are not too far apart. I think many Republican voters feel the party is not only weak with respect to doing things we want, it also willingly permits the Democrats to run Capitol Hill. The Gutless Old Party won’t use the power given to them by voters. They are too anxious to concede and appease to Democrats.
This is enormously frustrating to Republican voters. It puts them in a position of voting for people who don’t deserve their votes.
That said, the only reason to vote for the GOP is the one you gave. We know the GOP will disappoint again (like they always do) but the Dems would pursue their radical agenda taking America down the drain. In other words, a vote comes down to accepting betrayal and disappointment versus making the country much worse.
David Bozell and the idiots who think like him are just that....idiots.
If Flake...who is leaving Congress in January....and either Murcowski or Collins vote “No” on Kavanaugh...then we’re supposed to blame it on every Republican challenger running for the U.S. Senate or the House of Representatives?
We’re supposed to blame every GOP incumbent who is running for re-election? How utterly stupid.
I find it hard to believe that Bozell is a conservative, period. We’re supposed to stay home and hand it all over to the communist, crazy RATS?
No wonder the GOP is called the Stupid Party.
“It is poor analysis.”
It is also wishful thinking.
Please tell me what makes you so sure K will be confirmed. Im not saying youre wrong, I just dont trust Flake, Murkowski and Collins.
I agree with you. Losing Kavanaugh just means we would need to be more resolute in putting conservatives in Congress.
Trump is a fighter and if Kavanaugh is rejected he will whip up voters all the more. When Senate is increased renominates Kavanaugh and done deal.
Punish RINOs and Rats and not Trump.
Yes!
Though I share your pessimistic outlook, one factor that could delay permanent Democrat rule is that as the Democrat party becomes ever more explicitly anti-white, the percentage of white voters going Republican ought to increase.
Pressure on the other GOP Senators from upcoming midterms.
If the nomination fails due to Flake/weak sisters, the base will understand that we were betrayed by a few creatures from the swamp of Hell, and I think that will fire folks up.
If we failed because other Republicans joined in, the Republicans would have Hell to pay. But I don’t see that happening.
Independent s and millenials are soaked in the wonders of popular socialism not mention the knownothings and illegals
If it fails or succeeds, either way Vote GOP and punish the Dems by destroying their voting block. The only way to achieve GOP success is to eliminate any voting power the Dem demons have in congress.
Either way I vote GOP against the Dems, happily if Kavanaugh is exonerated and voted onto the Supreme Court or if he isn’t, I will vote pissed off looking for vengeance against the Dems.
It is not the conservatives. It's the flaky middle.
The success/failure of the Kavanaugh nomination has always been about how these three squishy repubs will vote. Flake has been telegraphing his vote for sometime. He's looking for confirmation from the left for his betrayal, as if that will ease his guilty conscience.
Trump has changed everything. "Conventional wisdom" ain't. His singular, clear voice from the bully pulpit is something we've not seen in a long time. Is his influence enough? I wish more Republican Senators had spines and would speak out boldly against the smear the Dems and their willing accomplices in the media are conducting.
That's how I read it. I'm going to the polls with a vengeance. I wish all patriots will do the same. I hope it is enough.
If Republican senators and their more equal constituents fail to confirm Kavanaugh, the millions of spoiled hyenas in this country will squeal with such a noise for the nomination of Barrett, that all good Americans will begin to prepare physically for the worst.
Is it worth it? Political folks can try it, and find out. Most people have little time and no more tolerance for politics. The politics of the elite, Jezebel and Ahab, are making the dogs drool excitedly in anticipation.
.
And David Bozell will fade into history!
Brent Bozell is worth listening to, but not David.
Looks like the GOP-e gig is up.

Here’s another article, also from the Washington Examiner: a conservative publication.
Why it could be Brett Kavanaugh or bust for Republicans

Surely the end is even more reprehensible than the loathsome methodology. It is to prevent having a Supreme Court that will actually enforce the Constitutional intent; and by that vehicle, to retain the intention of the Founders, to pass on the Liberty won in the Revolution to succeeding generations.
The loathsome tactics, then, are to allow intellectually corrupted theorists on the Left, to deny Americans their birthright. Loathsome tactics to an even more loathsome purpose--a war on all we hold sacred.
Our Last Chance? [Can Donald Trump Revive The "Spirit of '76?]
What’s so conservative about a country under the feet of a Supreme Court ruled by feminists and their corrupt sugar daddies? That’s been happening incrementally for decades and is about to be completed. Most people know it.
If Kavanaugh is rejected, their won’t be another confirmation of an honest Supreme Court justice. Without an honest Supreme Court, the executive and legislature can do no good. That’s common knowledge, too.
A few senators and their more equal constituents will make their next move. It had best be a wise move. It had better be a better move than trying to get Hillary elected to pander to feminists (what got Obama elected twice).
You make a very good point.
A peaceful “division” of the USA may be impossible after the Hard Left takes control of the White House, Congress, and the Judiciary.
I have never owned a gun, but I do know how to use them.
In Washington state, where I live, the Leftists are becoming more and more assertive.
They rammed an unlawful anti-gun initiative through the state Supreme Court a few months ago, it is now on the November ballot, and it will probably pass.
Dangerous times are on the way.
Violence and economic chaos is not the way I planned to spend my sunset years.
Yes, you make a good point, and I agree.
Nationally, white voters have floated between 55% and 60% Republican for the last sixty years.
That percentage increased to the low 60s for Nixon in 1972, and for Reagan in 1984.
If white voters vote like they did in ‘72 and ‘84, and like they did in 1994 for the Newt Gingrich Congressional landslide, we still have a fighting chance.
But long term, if we do not stop massive legal immigration immediately, the game is over for Conservatives.
