Horrible to be falsely accused of something in our justice system, but I sure as heck wouldn’t want to be having to explain myself down “South”. What a mess. Not the first time I have read about this type of thing happening in the Central American states.
This is a grim case but even it is not lacking in aspects of the theater of the absurd:
