I put a note on her facebook page...A NO vote for Judge K is a YES vote for future Senator Cramer.

Sixty percent of voters in North Dakota support Kavanaugh with 27 percent expressing opposition.

Heitkamp has to decide if she stands with Schumer or North Dakota residents.

The irony is she will be abandoned by the hard left if she votes
for Kavanaugh.

If its clear she is going to loses doesn’t that make her a No vote? It seems pretty likely she her days in the Senate are numbered - I’d imagine she is trading a No vote for some type of payoff once out of office.

I’m not from that state. If I were, even if she voted YES for Judge Kavanaugh’s Confirmation, I’d still vote her out. Just on sheer principle of her being a Democrat.
