Ice or beer? The victim told the police it was ice but in telling the story of what happens Ludington says beer was thrown. Well no matter what was thrown it appears the person who cursed at Kavanaugh and his friends started it. This guy also took a swing at Kavanaugh and actually physically assaulted him according to Ludington, though this is not mentioned in the police report.
