I guess you did not watch the Hearings or are unaware that the nomination has moved forward to the next stage.
I did and I am. Grassley gave numerous “deadlines”, then let them slip to hold the sham hearings, then delayed again to have the farce of an FBI investigation. I’m hoping Mitch won’t be rolled once he sets a date for a vote.
