Carrey has had a weird path. His whole life was yearning to do something more meaningful then acting but for some reason he didn’t immediately go down the typical leftwing political activism path of most celebs instead just glomming on to any random weird cause like antivaxxing. Only after this fizzled has he recently become more overly stereotypical leftwing holyweird windbag.
