If the door in question has any glass, one will likely find the date of manufacture of the glass etched into the corner of the glazing. I’m betting the door was installed well before 2012.
I don’t think the second door has any glass. I’ve heard it described as a non-descript “man” door, similar to what you might use as a side entrance to a garage.
