Honestly, those conference calls could easily be completed by EOBD today. Confirm the stories, ask tough questions about the individual’s memory of that time.

It would be a tall order to come up with anything else. This actually works to Kav’s favor. If they FBI comes up with nothing, then the narrative that there will be some asterisk by his name needs to be refuted.
