That was my claim days before the hearings; that she was being used and manipulated. And I went one further; I asserted that she was being coached and trained.
I doubt it’s their perview, but I wonder if the FBI are investigating what occurred before the hearings.
Purview of what. Have you read the various letters from Senators, e.g. Grassley and Hatch, requesting criminal investigations into false statements to Congress and obstruction. Their purview under a background investigation is one thing. Their purview to investigate allegations of violations of federal statute is only limited by law and regulation on conduct of investigations.
