I humbly disagree. While Flake is gone in January, Collins and Murkowski will have to live with this. I can see Flake doing it as a slap in the face to Trump, but for Murkowsi and Collins there is a lot riding on this vote.
There are a lot of federal dollars going to these two states. It would be a shame if they lost that money.
