You cant impeach a Supreme Court justice..

Yes, they can impeach him if they have a majority in the House. The last USSC to be impeached was Samuel Chase, in March of 1804. The US Senate acquitted him.

Actually removing a sitting USSC Justice is another matter as it appears there's no actual mechanism for that.

Thanks for the info. I just figured it cant be done since if it could, Clarence Thomas would have been impeached after all the left despises him
