Live in a matriarchy would be hell. Mass hysteria would sweep the matriasphere every few weeks. Wild, preposterous things would be believed by all, and then discarded. Logic and science would be forbidden.

Unfortunately, many women of my personal acquaintance are non-rational beings who behave exactly as you’ve described.
The government is their husband, father and victim.

Of course the old rules had merits, even if those rules were not always observed. (Sadly, I know I did not always keep them, in my misspent youth. And often had cause to regret it - although to be honest, those regrets did not always keep me from breaking the rules when the next temptation presented herself. Military, police, EMS, doctors, nurses, sanitation, pilots, truck drivers, construction...the whole enchilada.
And don't worry if you're Black, Brown, Asian, Inuit or Ainu.
If you're Conservative you have been branded a "race traitor" and we will be more than happy to accept you as an "Honorary Cracker" for the duration of our strike.
I lived through about 18 months of that in a former line of work.
Women are the gatekeepers mostly because they are hurt the most. Now, anything goes and peer pressure tells them to have fun. Only there is still human nature and it isn’t really fun and there are regrets and eventual anger. Anger leads to blame, blame leads to accusations of assault.

Our small right wing media had better get big stories out fast showing the accusers are immoral illegal and trashy. And lying. And involved his anti-Trump work. And social media exposed, for goshsakes.
He *is* innocent, by the way. All of us are innocent unless proven guilty. Thus he is innocent under our system of “justice.”
