Facebook,Twitter, Instagram (I am on none of these so I know nothing) seem to keep and either sell or push around information to others. The NSA and CIA seem to have all our emails and family pictures on file.
And if Google and Amazon can say as a user in Cement City,MI you might want to go on a cruise from Big Time Cruise Deals located 1.4 miles from your house, and “you bought a book about rock music once so you might want to buy these containing Bob Dylan interviews” then what info is safe even if “delete my purchase history”?

I think it depends on who scrubs (CIA), and how (Bleach Bit). Figure hers was done at the highest level, never to be seen again.
