And why would anyone need verification from a witness who has mastered “up talk” along with the “obvious” fact that women don’t ever lie about such matters? Just ask Sean Hannity.
In 1982 we didn’t have cell phones. So after a party you would have to call home from the party for a ride or have a set time for a pick-up. Did she leave the house without making a call? Did she use a neighbors phone to call for a ride? Did she hitchhike (not)? Why didn’t the prosecutor ask these questions?
