The motion to proceed was approved Saturday by voice vote. It is my understanding that this provides the go ahead to vote after 30 hours of debate, 15 hours for each side.
If the FBI completes its investigation by Friday, the vote could happen next week. Only the GOP can stop Kavanaugh’s confirmation. The Dems can’t stop it without help from at least two Reps.
I promise you Alas, they will say anything to support her - but not because they believe her. Dem’s always stick together.
The masses do not believe her.

I quit watching the Sunday morning programs quite a while back, but tuned in to Sunday Morning Futures with Maria Bartiromo just to hear Lindsey Graham, who continued his recent outstanding fine performances in defense of the Republic, the Constitution and the rule of law.
Graham was followed by Trey Gowdy, who also continued HIS ongoing crapweasel performances being deeply “concerned” and “frustated”, but confident that the DOJ will be forthcoming RSN (real soon now) with all the requested documents “they’ll allow us to have” (that last is an exact quote!).
Probably off counting the money he got selling his yes vote.
If others are running the op it makes Ford a smaller player. She most likely has a script will stick to it and may or may not have maintatined her political views.More likely she's a "show me the money" type of operative,with the ability to be anyone she needs to be.
Which is not at all that far fetched.
Never, EVER present evidence to a prosecutor if you can legally avoid it. They will find something innocent and twist it every time.
