A Clinton or Obama judge could issue an injunction but the Senate would ignore it.

Its the separation of powers and one branch can’t tell the other branch what to do.

This is going nowhere.

Sorry, it’s not a Separation of Powers issue, only SCOTUS is separate Judiciary branch, the federal courts below SCOTUS are creations of Congress and totally under the control of the Legislative branch as defined under the Constitution as it was written.

Not once has an outrages injunction by a federal Judge simply been ignored. If this Judge does it the shit show will continue for months. especially with a 4-4 SC.
