I'm not a big fan of Jim Hoft, but is hard to argue with this, or one Mike Tokes Twitter feed. That looks like two independent sources backing up what they say with screen shots to me. If Maxine was smart, she would have waited until the Capital Police actually announced that they cleared anyone in her office of being involved.

Now both Feinstein and Waters have some explaining to do. Maybe we didn't have such a bad week after all.
