Some women have attempted to work outside if their “expertise” for years...I say that as a woman.
Again as a woman, and no this is not universal, there a lot of really wonderful women out there...but I find many women to be shrill, prone to gossip, insincere and demanding. And very, very difficult to work for. Not universal by any means and not trying to generalize, but I think many women are like this. Really hope I’m not, don’t think I am, but that is for someone else to judge!
