The Dems purposely waited to float this drivel after the Senate investigators had wrapped it up and the hearings had ended. Then they pulled the pin on this grenade thinking Kavenaugh and the GOP would fold.
When it wasn’t working the cried for an FBI investigation. What they didn’t realize was the would included Ford and her specious tale. The fur is about to fly and the FBI won’t be treating her with kid gloves.
Wray has his marching orders from the White House and he is on it.

In my view I don’t think Wray gives a damn what Trump wants or orders. Wray, the Director of the FBI, seems content to let his agency waddle in the muck of corruption. What EXACTLY is he doing to clean things up? He’s basically a clone of his boss, Jeff Sessions.
If you can point to specific, remedial and constructive actions he has taken to restore confidence in the FBI I would be glad to know about them.
I do hope you’re right about the upcoming week but I do not share your optimism.
