The Statute of Limitations is no longer in effect in the State of Maryland, regarding sexual assault, but the LE is saying that 36 years ago, the Staute was one year and it did apply, to file a charge. He said this Doctored Fraud charge reportedly took place 36 years ago and therefore falls under that one year Statute of Limitations.

Dirt such as Something with no then-extant statute of limitations such as treason or murder? Appoint a special prosecutor on the basis of this theoretical possibility ?
