Yes as both were minors. Here is the thing, do you really think charges would have been filed over her story back then? She wasn’t raped, and no torn clothes, no bruises, she not hit or anything.
She was pinned down (if you believe her) and a teenage boy tried getting some sex, she resisted and he tried more but once she resisted and screamed for him to get off of her he did let her up.
how is this assault or attempted rape with no physical violence other than laying on top of her for a minute then letting her up to leave the room?
