The S-500 Prometey, also known as 55R6M “Triumfator-M,” is being designed to augment currently-deployed S-400 air defense systems. But according to other analyses and published reports, the S-500 is believed capable of challenging the most sophisticated U.S.-made stealth fighter aircraft — the F-22 and F-35 variants, and B-2 bombers.
The National Interest reported in April 2017 that the S-500 would likely include “the 91N6A(M) battle management radar, a modified 96L6-TsP acquisition radar, as well as the new 76T6 multimode engagement and 77T6 ABM engagement radars.”

It has been cancelled after 20 were built because Russia has no money.
They bragged about the S-400, but it turned out to be not as good as the S-300 being deployed in Syria. Not going to believe the PR about the S-500 until it is used.
You are way out of your league when it comes to the battle of radar and processing power increasing exponentially vs stealth aircraft hardware increasing with a new design every couple of decades.
It is a forgone conclusion that ADA will race ridiculously ahead of aircraft design. No serious person things otherwise. The best that can be done is to work on countermeasures.

Russians sold the Chinese S-400 systems which the Chinese are in the process of testing; modified 40N6 missiles range is 60 miles - well within military satellite country.

But it’s still a crock of crap that a Russian missile can detect a radar return from something that doesn’t generate a radar return.

The USAF and USN would be very eager to hear from you.
And THAT is the answer. To neutralize sites with ECM and missiles. Mobile launchers make that tougher, but not impossible.
But pretending our planes are invisible is about as valid as Jurassic park telling a generation of kids that if you don’t move, T-rex can’t see you.
A kind thing to put in the script for the children, but...
I shudder to think of what they (our people) have now in the radar and signal processing world. There was more than one reason the F-17 stealth was retired so quickly.
