So, just to derail the 1:30 vote, no Dems have to show up? Hey, if why would they have to have fits yesterday about not being able to delay the vote if all they have to do is NOT SHOW UP?

Dims try to sabotage.

To report a measure, a majority is just needed, so if they don’t show up it doesn’t matter.

I think that if the D's don't show to vote his nomination can still move out of the committee without a consensus of the committee recommendation to the floor same as if they all show up and one or two R's voted no.

I would think the D's would want to be on record voting against rather than on record as hiding from the vote.
