Looks like there will be a delay.
Tell Flake that since he's already retired, just leave now and let the Governor appoint a replacement in time for the floor vote on Kavanaugh.
Tell Flake that it's no longer his problem, his conscience is clear, he won't have to make the final vote on Kavanaugh, and go home and live well with your family.

I expect McConnell to have a vote to start debate on Kavanaugh tomorrow.
Remember, McConnell has leverage. He can keep the Senate in session and the Senators in DC and not campaigning.
