Yes, unfortunately he is but we were fighting for his confirmation for something bigger than him. Remember, if we can get a larger maj in the senate the next nomination when RBG “retires” will be a real conservative female. They shot their wad this time around.

I was thinking the same thing. If he wasn’t as far right as Thomas in his thinking on the Constitution before this crap, he sure as hell is now.
