Yeah, there's a process to get the nomination out without a vote, but it takes 2 Senate Days of Executive Session.

Lindsey Graham became my favorite Senator today. Never thought Id be saying that..never cared for him before, but today, something changed in him..for the better. Who knows, maybe McCain was holding him back, but I will say this, if Lindsey Graham ever runs for President he has my vote I wont forget what he did today
