I truly hate the city governments that have done this to Baltimore. A beautiful and important city turned into a crap hole.
Baltimore is a freddie gray area.
The day I moved to the Baltimore area, the Mayor was convicted of stealing Christmas gift cards from poor children.
Her sentence was that she had to quit being mayor and accept $80,000 annual pension.
It’s only gone downhill from there.
