Excuse me
But Avenatti soon broke his promise that the firm would meet a May deadline to pay the Internal Revenue Service $440,291 in back taxes, penalties and interest. The firm also missed a $2-million payment, personally guaranteed by Avenatti, to Jason Frank, a lawyer who used to work there.
That's like lying isn't it?
I mean if someone would lie to the IRS, would they lie to the US Senate?
If someone owed over $400,000 what could they be convinced to do by certain powers to be in exchange for the IRS debt to 'disappear'?

Give the Devil his due. If someone was to commit a horrible crime or have a major ethics lapse the most cunning thing to do would be to attack Trump or a conservative.

Avenetti is spending money faster than he is making it, and scr@wing his creditors. He seems to be in a financial death spiral, and is trying to get out of paying and/or looking for a big payday.
This guy is sleeze all over.

Soros would cut Avenatti a substantial check, if Avenatti can successfully block Kavanaughs appointment. We're talking ten mill just to break even.
10 mill only gets Avenatti to... dead broke.
That's rich to drop on one guy, even for Soros.

Not necessarily that hard for an investor. All that’s’ necessary is to have a really big capital gain in one year, about $4,700,000.

Why hadnt he been indicted for defrauding the United States like Manafort was?

"While in college and later in law school, Avenatti worked at The Research Group, a political opposition research and media firm run
by Rahm Emanuel (later White House Chief of Staff for President Barack Obama, and Mayor of Chicago).[23][24]
Avenatti worked on over 150 Democratic and Republican campaigns in 42 states while studying at George Washington University.[9]"

Back when I worked for lawyers, I was told they don’t let them go bankrupt. They’d rather disbar a lawyer than approve a bankruptcy for one.

Now just a cotton pickin’ minit here. Let’s be fair. She can’t be a liar. She’s got a security clearance, just like Brennan used to. So she must be telling the truth. People with security clearance never lie. Hillary has one, and if she says Trump colluded with Russia, by gum he did.
