RIIIIIGHT, because the Judiciary interfering in the Senate’s rules is NOTHING like overstepping Separation of Powers.

The Senate would be well-advised to simply ignore such a judge’s ruling.

And hell, for that matter, the Senate could simply right a new rule: “Judges cannot rule on anything related to the Executive or Legislative Branch ever again.”

Hows THAT for crossing the boundary of Separation of Powers, punk?
