They might say that, but then the obvious rebuttal would be "Don't you think an esteemed judge in the community would have reached out to the Blasey family to apologize and make the situation right?"

To which the Democrats would be forced to indict the entire Kavanaugh family as being complicit in a cover-up, and that the mother was as much a monster as the son she raised.

The calendar is only useful if she had provided specific dates for the alleged assault. Releasing the calendar before she testifies was not a good idea because she can look for openings in the calendar and say, “I searched my memory over the weekend and I now recall that it was on < insert empty calendar date >”. Should have left the burden on her to provide when and where, before releasing the calendar.

No offense, but I trust team Kavanaugh’s judgment on this more than yours. I’m sure they discussed the pros and cons thoroughly. Also, the fact that he is disclosing this and she is not disclosing her therapist’s notes is helpful. She looks like she is trying to hide unhelpful information.
