I bet they had a team of homeless bums design it. Now it will essentially be a bus terminal (aka: homeless center). What a pathetic joke on the working taxpayers. However, the homeless will have a nice environment in which to wander, sleep on the floors, relieve themselves, throw their trash, drink cheap wine, take drugs, have scary sex and assault naive others who find themselves there for some reason.
