We have yet to hear his testimony, but Brett is his own man. I would not expect him to speak to the committee like Clarence Thomas did in 1991. Thomas has a voice like MLK. Yet as a child he didn’t speak English.

IMO Brett’s strength is his writing. He is not the greatest public speaker.

But last night’s interview was wonderful. It showed the American people and senators what this family is dealing with. The timing was perfect. Hearing of his abstinence in high school was refeshing and unexpected. I think it helped.

I don't know the man myself, but maybe he didn't have to learn anything but has always been that way, already. He was evidently ready to put in for the long haul and has kept a steady pace at it no matter what's been thrown at him. Like I've said on other threads, Trump chose well.
