Need more information then. The Red Hen’s owner made the decision to boot Sarah. It may not be the case here with Fiola. Was the waitress or waiter witness to this or were they busy elsewhere? I’m not ready to blacklist the restaurant yet. But if they were in on it then flux them.
Doesn’t matter, management should never have allowed it to escalate.
There are a lot of choices in restaurants. If they aren’t looking out for their patrons, that’s too bad.
