by sending the letter to Feinstein, Ford is ALREADY under felony jeopardy for perjury under 18 US Code 1001 Section (a)(3)

if anything she WROTE and submitted can be proven to be false
she can be prosecuted and if convicted be fined and spend up to 5 years in prison.

I read in a couple of places yesterday she got around this law by NOT sending the letter to DiFi. She sent it to her local lib kook rep who then forwarded it to DiFi.

You missed other articles that discussed this. Ford sent it to a Democrat in the House...and that Democrat sent it to DiFi. (Therefore - Ford avoided any criminal liability for sending a lie directly to the Senate Judiciary Committee.)
