Resistance leader Allison Hrabar said in an undercover video that as a federal employee, she couldn’t be fired, but she may have overstated her case.

Project Veritas released a statement Monday from Justice Department spokeswoman Sarah Isgur Flores indicating that Ms. Hrabar, formerly a federal paralegal, has either resigned or been dismissed.

“She is no longer an employee,” Ms. Flores said in the statement.

I’d settle for public stocks. Lots of space along the Mall.

One can, indeed, get fired from a Civil Service job. For Cause. It is usually not easy but it can be done and is occasionally done. Getting caught on tape like that woman did can constitute the Cause she can get fired for.

An unequivocal declaration of insubordination is one thing that is a short circuit to being walked to the curb to retrieve the box with your personal belongings.

That's true. In my agency it's hard to get fired for incompetence, but integrity issues will get you unceremoniously kicked to the curb in record time.

Wish the Project would follow the Professor. I would really love to know if she is in a car or flew. Be great to get a picture of her boarding a plane.

Guilty of violation of Swamp Rule no. 1: Don’t get caught. (Rule no. 2 is There are no rules except no. 1)

She and/co-conspiros accessed databases to identify personal addresses to protest at their homes. Illegal and ought to be time served.

Probably won’t but this is a no-play situation, even for the Swamp.

Read her letter. She stated that she was vacationing in the mid Atlantic on August 7th and was going to be back in California and available on the 10th.

Frankly, I’m surprised that there Are not charges against her for using a federal database to look up personal information on people.

I know I shouldn’t be surprised, but I am.

Sounds like Hrabar got what she had coming to her.

Not yet.

She’s still not dangling from a rope.

I agree, she sure deserves charges.

It’s sad that so many crimes are committed by government people from the top down and so few ever face charges.

In my line of work, if I ever accessed personal data in the system, I would be terminated on the spot, no questions asked, no second chances.

THAT is why Public Sector Unions are a cancer. They have the same restrictions, even probably with a signed form, but they know they are generally immune. She is only gone because she got caught in a public way.

Never heard of her. Why did she think she was invulnerable? Because she’s a woman? Or is she a man who thinks she’s a woman? Or is she a fag? Obese? Black?

All I know is she’s a leftist activist holdover from the 0bama DOJ, good riddance.

Yeah, horse puckey. It’s like the lemon dance in the public schools - they just moved her to a different department and told her not to talk to strangers anymore.
