I note that back toward the end of 2016 - when the ‘pubs held on to the House and Senate comfortably - the ratings were about 43% ‘rats to 39% ‘pubs - now it’s 45% ‘pubs to 44% ‘rats - a flip of about 5 points toward the ‘pubs - bodes well for the midterms.....
