No SOL on sex crimes in Maryland.

Ford carefully scripted her story to include the elements of a third degree sexual offense, for which there would be no statute of limitations. Of course, he would have been a juvenile at the time. (For the record, I believe it to be a total fabrication.)

I heard there is no SOL for sex crimes in MD.

Also heard that repealing the statute of limitations happened 'recently' so the SOL for "crimes" committed in 1982 is up.

Who knows what monkey county will do.
