That only works if McConnell cooperates and actually recesses the Senate; so far he hasn't and has kept the Senate in pro forma session.

It has gotten to the point that, if I was Senator Grassley, I would invoke ANOTHER Nuclear Option.

From now on, I would declare, all SCOTUS Nominees can be approved with a 3-Senator vote.

Eff it. If the Democrats want to play nuclear war, let us give it to them.

Three Senators are all that shall be required to approve a SCOTUS nominee.

F*ck them.
